Clean swimming pool, comfortable lobby seating, free Wi-Fi access
The air conditioning was incredibly noisy, disturbing my peace!!! Plus, the lack of small towels in the bathroom made for an inconvenient experience. Front desk staff could use a lesson in professionalism too!!!

Strongly recommend for a stopover
Clean hotel, friendly staff, with a convenient location just 12 miles from the airport, making it easy to explore the area.
Nothing could be improved.

great pool but uncomfortable beds
The pool provided a refreshing escape after a long day. Breakfast offered a good variety, making it a pleasant start to each morning.
Beds were too high and hard, impacting sleep quality.

Nice quiet clean hotel, good value.
I stayed for 5 days. It was close to my dentist, so no daily bridge crossing. The staff was friendly, but English was kinda limited. Breakfast was decent, but you need a ticket for the buffet. Had awesome meals with good prices. Just weird no washcloths in the bathroom. Overall, a chill place to recover.

Oh man, the local tacos we found were fire! They were flavorful and spicy, a true taste of the city. Plus, the breakfast served was decent enough, even if it wasn't a buffet-style deal.
But let's talk about the front desk! Arlet gave a whole new meaning to terrible customer service, just chatting away while folks waited. Also, the bathroom situation wasn't cute. water everywhere and not enough towels to save the day.

Family with children should think twice
The front desk was very helpful especially Mayra who went out of her way to accommodate us when we faced issues during our stay and the complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise they even offered to make us custom dishes even though it wasn't on the menu
It was not inexpensive but the experience made it somewhat acceptable

The experience was fairly enjoyable. The breakfast was decent with a nice selection, and the location was convenient for exploring local eateries. However, we faced issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom and a lack of attention from the staff regarding our dining options—especially with kids along. It would be great if they provided more family-friendly dining suggestions. Overall, I appreciated the friendly ambiance of the place.

More seating options in common areas would be nice.

A Memorable Family Stay with Great Amenities!
We stayed for a night and enjoyed the spacious double room and the delicious breakfast for two. The kids loved the pool area, and the staff were helpful with accommodating our needs.

The friendliness of the staff made a significant difference during my stay. Breakfast had decent light meals, but the process of serving limited portions was less than ideal. I also faced some confusion about my breakfast inclusion as per my reservation, which needs better communication. Despite these hiccups, the cleanliness and accommodating staff are reasons I would return.

The hotel is well-located with spacious rooms and a friendly staff, making it a solid choice for families. However, the mattress could use an upgrade for better comfort, and some areas need more thorough cleaning. Still, a decent place for the price.
